About Me

Hello! I’m Jennifer
Chartered Clinical Psychologist
I’m Dr. Jennifer Vaughan, a Clinical Psychologist passionate about neurodiversity and mental well- being. I have a particular passion for understanding those who may mask their neurodivergence, particularly in settings such as school or work, where individuals may experience considerable burnout without others being aware.
I’m dedicated to increasing others’ understanding of those who may internally struggle, despite appearing outwardly ‘fine.’ I’ve worked extensively with individuals of all ages, helping them understand and embrace their neurodivergence. My journey began with a psychology degree at The University of Sheffield, followed by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The University of Manchester.
I later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology at The University of Glasgow and have pursued further specialist training with a Postgraduate Diploma in Autism and Other Neurodevelopmental Conditions.
As an HCPC- registered psychologist and member of the British Psychological Society, I am committed to providing assessments that are not only clinically rigorous but also deeply affirming and empowering.
